The staff at the receptionist provided excellent service right from check-in to check-out. They were very friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The room was also very clean and well-maintained by the housekeeping staff.

With its location very near to the bus stand and the market, exploring the shopping centers and main attractions is very easy. the beautiful valley view from the rooms coupled with the excellent service ensures that guests have a memorable experience.

The house cleaning service could be more attentive to the sanitation quality of the restrooms.

Spent an unforgettable Xmas with my family. The rooms were equipped with excellent facilities and the view was mesmerizing. The hotel is centrally located and near to the bus stand and local markets. A big plus was the delicious food served, with plenty of variety and tasty twists.

The hotel lacks a lift, and climbing the stairs with luggage was quite exhausting. The Wi-Fi signal was not stable at times which was inconvenient for some members of our family.
